VCOMA is a trade group that gives office management professionals in the Private Equity industry a place to exchange ideas, find best-in-class vendors and service providers, and share best practices and resources.  More than merely a networking group; our combined purchasing power helps us earn discounts with vendors on things we buy every day.

VCOMA brings together the extraordinary office management professionals who support this demanding industry.  Venture Capital is a results-oriented, "need it done yesterday" environment, where a consistent, high-caliber performance, the ability to juggle multiple projects (without breaking a sweat), and an eye for the exceptional are vital assets.

Our Focus

Private Equity and Venture firms are continually redefining their administrative roles, from who tackles HR, to who chooses their next travel agency.  For many firms, these tasks still land on the plate of the Office Manager.  Given that every firm defines the role of the office manager differently, we divide our efforts into five core disciplines; facilities, human resources, event planning, travel, and technology.  Our Member's Only website acts as a virtual water cooler where members can meet and share best practices in each of these areas.

Established in 2005, VCOMA now has hundreds of members nationwide.
