Each year, VCOMA hosts our hugely popular "Post-Holiday" Holiday Party in early February and Martini Madness in August. These events are our largest events nationwide and sponsorship offers some unique benefits and marketing opportunities that other events may not offer.

Historically, these events draws our largest event attendance every year. With dozens of potential new clients in attendance, sponsors always leave smiling.
A Long Marketing Period
Typically, these events, and their sponsors, are listed on the events calendar website for up to many months prior to the event.
Significant Pre-Event Marketing
Direct email and website marketing exposure to thousands of Venture Capital / Private Equity firms that will be invited to the event.
Marketing Materials
Each sponsor* receives table space at the event for brochures, handouts and company marketing materials. Marketing materials are also uploaded electronically for members to view after the event.

Make a personal connection in this social, casual setting. This face-to-face* interaction with attendees leaves a lasting impression and builds relationships.
Survey results show sponsors and attendees love our Sponsor Card! To ensure that all attending sponsors* get face time with each and every attendee, each attending sponsor is added to the Sponsor Card for the event (see an example). Attendees who would like to enter the drawing will be issued a copy of the Sponsor Card and must collect a special sticker from each sponsor for the card, whether that's from speaking with the sponsor at their marketing table or by interacting with them when mingling in the crowd. All sponsor slots on the card must be filled with the corresponding sticker in order for the attendee to turn it in for the drawing entry.
Spotlight
Sponsors who provide gifts and/or prizes (exceeding $100 value) will be highlighted on additional event coverage and signage at the event as well as introduced during the drawings.
Attendee Contact Details
Post-event, sponsors that donate gifts and/or prizes (exceeding $100 value) will receive contact details for attendees who voluntarily provided the information to enter the drawing.
Post-Event Advertising
Post-event, marketing materials are also uploaded electronically for members to view after the event and attendees receive a post-event email thanking sponsors and providing links to sponsor websites / contact information once again. Additionally, your company logo and information remain on the events calendar indefinitely under Past Events.

Based on post-event survey feedback from attendees and sponsors at our hugely popular “Post Holiday” Holiday Party (along with surveys conducted with members nationwide) more events of this nature are highly anticipated by members and sponsors alike.
Here are some highlights from our post-event sponsor survey results:
- 100% of sponsors and attendees that responded to the post-event survey indicated the party met or exceeded their expectations.
- 92% of sponsors that responded to the post-event survey indicated that they expected to receive a high ROI (return on investment) on their sponsorship dollars spent.
- Several sponsors commented that they had attended similar events with as many as 400 attendees and did “far more business” at VCOMA’s February event.
How Can I Partner with VCOMA?
There are many ways to partner with us for these types of events.
• Donate a Prize for an event drawing (valued at $100 or more) and have your company name listed as an Event Supporter on the event website and event signage. Contact sponsor@vcoma.com to discuss.
• Become an À la Carte Sponsor – This new sponsorship is a fun, low-cost way to help us make our events happen while highlighting your services. For as little as $50, select specific areas, items, or stations to sponsor for our events and have your company name listed as an Event Supporter on the event signage. For example, a printer may want to be listed as one of our printed material sponsors. A coffee shop may want to be listed as the sponsor of our coffee / tea station.
